Terms
In plain English

The whole thing in one line. Buying a can is a tip. You are paying about three dollars to say thanks for tools that are free and stay free. You are not buying an investment, and you should not expect to make money from it.
Who you are dealing with
Boolish is made by Stonks Dev, one person, working alone. You can reach me at @stonksdev on X, which is the only channel I use.
"Boolish Beverage Co." is not a company. It is a brand name for an energy drink that does not exist. There is no incorporated entity, no office, no staff and no registration anywhere. If that matters to your decision, the correct answer is not to buy anything.
What a can is
A can is a collectible on Robinhood Chain showing a black can with a yellow pixel bull on it. There is no physical drink. Nothing arrives in the post and nothing can be consumed.
When you buy one it goes to your wallet and it is yours. You can keep it, transfer it, or do nothing with it.
What a can is not
- Not an investment. It is not a security, a share, a fund, a unit, or a stake in anything. You get no ownership of anything I make or do.
- No expectation of profit. I make no claim, promise or suggestion that a can will hold its value or be worth anything later. It may be worth nothing.
- No utility. Holding one grants no access, no revenue, no votes, no allowlist position, no membership and nothing unlocked, now or in future.
- No roadmap. There is no plan, no future release and no obligation on me to build anything further. If I build something else, holding a can gives you no claim on it.
- Not financial advice. Nothing on this site or in anything I publish is advice. I am not a financial adviser and I am not authorised to give advice.
Supply is 420,000 deliberately, so that scarcity is not part of the pitch. It is not meant to sell out and I do not expect it to.
Price and payment
The price is about three dollars, paid in ETH on Robinhood Chain. Because a fixed amount of ETH moves against the dollar, the actual figure you pay may be a little more or a little less. You also pay the network fee, which goes to the chain and not to me.
Transactions on a blockchain are final. Once a mint confirms it cannot be reversed, by me or by anyone.
Refunds and cancellation
Because your can is delivered to you immediately and on chain, you are asking for immediate delivery at the moment you buy, and the usual right to change your mind and cancel a digital purchase does not survive that. Please treat every purchase as final.
That said, this is a tip jar and I would rather be fair than technically correct. If something genuinely goes wrong, a failed mint that still took payment, a double charge, anything broken at my end, message me at @stonksdev and I will sort out what I reasonably can.
The artwork
I keep ownership of the Boolish artwork, name and marks. Owning a can gives you a personal licence to display it, use it as a profile picture, and transfer it along with the can.
It does not give you the right to use the Boolish name or artwork on your own products, to sell merchandise, or to suggest that I endorse whatever you are doing.
Risks you accept
- Smart contracts can contain bugs, including ones nobody has found yet
- Blockchains and networks can fail, stall, fork or be discontinued
- If you lose access to your wallet, your can is gone and I cannot recover it
- If you send funds to the wrong address, they are gone and I cannot recover them
- Any resale market, if one exists at all, is outside my control
Buy only what you are entirely comfortable losing. At three dollars that is the intended ceiling of the whole exercise.
No connection to Robinhood
Boolish is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its companies. Robinhood Chain is simply the network the can lives on. The name is theirs and is used only to say which chain that is.
Who can buy
You need to be at least 18. You are responsible for whether buying this is lawful where you live, and for any tax that applies to you. I cannot advise you on either.
Liability
I provide the site and the can as they are, with no guarantees. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from buying, holding or being unable to buy a can. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when I do. The version in force is whichever one was published when you bought.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
